Job Summary

Tabba Heart Institute is looking for the position of Head of Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank

The incumbent will be responsible for overall Clinical and Administrative management of the department including but not limited to strategic level development, implementation and evaluation of the Quality processes within the laboratory.

Required Skills

• FCPS or equivalent in discipline like Clinical Pathology/ Hematology/Microbiology/ Chemical Pathology.
• Additional diploma/certification in Healthcare Management/ Quality Management will be a plus.
• Minimum 05 years experience of Management or similar position in a reputable hospital.
• Should have orientation about ISO 15189:2022 & CAP Accreditation.
• Exceptional interpersonal. Analytical & computer skills.
