Head of Category - Carts & Caterers

Responsibilities:

• Lead the food Caterer Vertical as a business lead and support driving growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategy
• Assist with country food caterer strategy creation, success metric alignment, and ongoing execution to enable the enhancement and growth of the vertical locally
• Work closely with Logistics, Vendor Management, Operations, Finance and the country leadership team to create compelling business cases for each food caterer project within the country 
• Work with the operations, vendor and BI teams to select and liaise with vendors/operational partners for each unit with a focus on overall market strategy, cuisine gaps and growth opportunities
• Support day to day unit performance across the country, and ensure vendors/operational partners are engaged and successful
• Support Caterer partners ensuring needs are addressed and engage the vendor account manager as required 
• Assist Creative Design and Regional team in menu development and local integration
• Oversee and support the vertical growth through pilot test inception/creation and market integration in conjunction with the Catering Partners and APAC Regional Team
• Participate in regional calls/summits, and drive collaboration and best practice across the region 
• Reports into the country Business Head – Channel Development.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
• Min. 6 years of relevant experience with P&L responsibility
• Needs to be very mobile and comfortable with extended travelling all over Pakistan.
• Experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Product integrations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience in outdoor sales and marketing 
• Self-learner mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in start-up preferred
