Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Answer telephone calls and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a reputable hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
