Job Summary

Role and Responsibility:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a reputable hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
