Job Summary

The Restaurant Guest Relation Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, addressing guest inquiries or complaints, and coordinating with restaurant staff to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists

  • Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout their dining experience

  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively

  • Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations

  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, promotions, and restaurant policies

  • Monitor service quality and ensure restaurant standards are met

  • Build positive relationships with regular and VIP guests

  • Assist in handling special occasions and guest preferences

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred
