Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service (preferred).

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Proficient in using computers, MS Office, and reservation or front desk software.
