Role and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experience (if applicable)
  • Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Maintain guest records and feedback reports
  • Resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor service quality and suggest improvements
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with care and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
