Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cultivation & Conversion (The Growth Engine): Proactively call and engage with warm leads flowing in from social media campaigns, emails, and digital channels. Meticulously guide them from initial inquiry to booked consultations.

  • Client Communication Architecture: Initiate and manage dedicated client WhatsApp groups and premium communication channels. Serve as the welcoming face of MUGC, ensuring the client feels immediate VIP care.

  • Relationship Nurturing & Handling: Act as the main relationship manager throughout the client journey. Keep clients enthusiastically engaged, answer their general inquiries, and maintain a seamless bridge between them and your internal team.

  • Pipeline & Database Management: Keep the CRM database immaculate. Track every single interaction, lead status, and follow-up timeline so that no global opportunity is ever missed.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Verbal & Written Communication: Flawless, persuasive, and highly professional English communication skills. They must be able to sound warm and commanding over a phone call, and articulate and polished over WhatsApp and email.

  • Active Listening & Empathy: The ability to truly hear a client’s underlying needs and anxieties, making them feel instantly secure and understood.

  • High-Velocity Sales Savvy: Experience or a natural knack for handling inbound leads, handling objections with grace, and gently guiding a prospect toward making a decision without being "pushy."

  • Digital & CRM Literacy: Tech-savvy enough to navigate client databases, track pipelines, and manage high-volume communication channels (like WhatsApp Business, emails, and CRMs) without getting overwhelmed.

  • Crisis Management: Strong emotional resilience and conflict-resolution skills. When a client loses their cool, this person stays perfectly calm, collected, and solution-oriented.

  • Proactive Ownership: A self-starter mindset. They don't wait to be told to follow up with a lead; they actively hunt down the pipeline to make sure no ball is dropped.
