Job Overview
Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance to customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant team internally and/or externally.
Job Description
- Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents
- Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
- Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product

- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Must be flexible to work in shifts
- Excellent communication skills in German & English Language
- O/A Level / Intermediate or above
