Roles And Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and classroom activities.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and performance.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and academic development.
• Assist students with learning difficulties and provide guidance.
• Keep accurate records of attendance and academic results.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school administration.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BA or BSc degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
