Job Summary:
The General Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering effective lessons across multiple subjects. The role involves creating a positive learning environment, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and ensuring the overall progress of each learner.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the school curriculum.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
Prepare teaching materials and use creative methods to make lessons interactive.
Communicate effectively with parents and school administration about student performance.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork among students.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
