We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and qualified General Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves planning and delivering lessons across a variety of subjects in accordance with the curriculum standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill curriculum requirements and support student learning.
Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and development.
Assess student performance through observations, tests, and assignments.
Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Participate in school meetings, professional development activities, and extracurricular events.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).
Valid teaching certification or license (as required by local/state regulations).
Prior teaching experience preferred (e.g., 1–3 years), but recent graduates may also be considered.
Experience in managing classrooms and delivering instruction across multiple subjects is an asset.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
