Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and qualified General Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student growth, curiosity, and academic success. This role involves planning and delivering lessons across a variety of subjects in accordance with the curriculum standards.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill curriculum requirements and support student learning.

  • Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and development.

  • Assess student performance through observations, tests, and assignments.

  • Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

  • Participate in school meetings, professional development activities, and extracurricular events.

  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).

  • Valid teaching certification or license (as required by local/state regulations).

Experience:

  • Prior teaching experience preferred (e.g., 1–3 years), but recent graduates may also be considered.

  • Experience in managing classrooms and delivering instruction across multiple subjects is an asset.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons.

  • Competence in assessing and evaluating student performance.
