GENERAL MANAGER (OPERATIONS)

Job Summary

For a well-established, running Food Processing & Export Company based in Karachi.

We are looking for a mature, experienced and hands-on leader to take complete charge of the company's day-to-day operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Complete operational control of the company - Production, HR, Admin, Finance Coordination, and Supply Chain.
• Leading, managing and motivating the entire team.
• Ensuring smooth factory operations, quality control and compliance.
• Handling export operations, documentation 
• Cost control, reporting to Directors, and business growth.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Age: 50 Years & Above-
• Experience: Minimum 10 Years in a senior management position running a complete company/factory.
• Qualification: Minimum Graduate (MBA / Food Technology preferred).
• Industry: Must have worked in Food Based Industry or similar (Seafood, Meat, Poultry, Frozen Foods, Fishmeal, FMCG, Food Processing).
• Must have proven experience of leading a team.- 
• Honest, Punctual, Responsible and able to take independent decisions
