We are seeking a backend-focused Full Stack Developer (Python/React) to help build and scale our AI-powered platform. You will primarily work on backend systems, database optimization, and scalable infrastructure, while contributing to frontend development when needed.
You’ll collaborate closely with technical leadership to design, develop, and optimize systems that process millions of records and power AI-driven features such as natural language search and recommendation engines.

Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (Flask)
Optimize PostgreSQL databases and large-scale data operations
Build and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, embeddings, search systems)
Contribute to React-based frontend interfaces as needed
Design scalable systems for high-volume data processing
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes
Experience with vector databases and LLM integrations
Google Cloud Platform experience
Experience with WordPress customization
Background in data-intensive or AI-driven applications
Strong experience with Python backend development
Solid understanding of SQL optimization and database design

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Minimum 5-hour overlap with Central Time (9am–2pm CST required)
