• Strong understanding of design & development services
• Ability to meet & exceed monthly targets
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proven experience in front desk or sales role (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused attitude with good negotiation skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office / POS systems)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
