We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Office Officer to manage the front desk operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest queries, managing front desk activities, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Handle guest queries and respond to phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Manage mail, packages, and other deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Intermediate or A-levels (some organizations may require a bachelor's degree)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Previous experience in a front office or reception role is an asset
