Job Description:

Bismillah Logistics is looking for a presentable and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
  • Manage office supplies and keep track of inventory
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Urdu
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable personality and professional attitude
