Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Update telephone directory information on computer
  • Timely inform HOD/staff about their incoming calls through email
  • Maintain proper and timely log for all outgoing calls through PABX on computer
  • Receiving of mails after proper checking of name and address of AAML and entry in the computer.
  • Handling of PABX
  • Align the in-house meeting schedule to ensure smooth coordination of the activities.
  • Accuracy in transferring calls from outside to respective department/CEO.
  • Accuracy and timely in connecting calls requested by staff.
  • Attentive response to visitors while door opening.
  • Smooth flow of work while transferring with no miss handling and timely inform about telephonic complains to IT department.
  • Accuracy in tracking of all bookings and shipments, including TCS billing & invoice.
  • Handling of Redemption/Investments transactional forms/Account openings.
  • Accuracy in rooting all relevant documents – Internal/external.
