Job Summary

A well-reputed Aesthetic Clinic is urgently looking for candidates for the position of "Front Desk Officer" for its office in Karachi.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.

  • Manage appointments, walk-ins, confirmations, and client follow-ups.

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and service-related questions.

  • Maintain client records and front desk documentation.

  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.

  • Support billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling if required.

  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, presentable, and client-ready at all times.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role (aesthetic/clinic experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused personality.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; clinic software experience is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
