Freelancer Bidder Required (Night Shift, In-house) @ SQ Tech

Job Summary

We are a growing freelance agency working on Graphic Design, Branding, Web Design & Development, and UI/UX projects. We're looking for a dedicated Bidder to join our office (in-house, not remote) to find and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer.com on our behalf.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The role is strictly limited to: identifying relevant projects and submitting well-crafted, convincing bids.
• No other responsibilities no client handling, no project delivery, bidding only.If you have prior experience bidding on Freelancer.com and know how to pitch projects effectively, and can work from our office during night hours, please apply.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualificaton:

• Prior experience bidding on Freelancer.com
• Strong English writing/communication skills
• Ability to understand project briefs and match relevant skills
• Ability to write convincing, customized proposals
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Job Type: In-house (Office based, not remote)
Shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (6 days/week)
Salary: PKR 20,000 – 35,000 (based on skills and experience)
Extra Incentive: 2% commission on every successful bid and project completion
