Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor fire & life safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct routine fire safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments across the property.
  • Ensure all firefighting equipment, fire alarm systems, emergency exits, and safety devices are functional and compliant.
  • Organize and conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and safety awareness training for employees.
  • Investigate fire and safety incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of safety inspections, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies regarding fire and safety compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and hotel safety standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by educating employees on workplace health and safety practices.

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Fire & Safety, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Ability to conduct fire drills, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant Fire & Safety certification will be preferred.
