Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • The Finance Officer will be responsible for the consolidation and supervision of fee collection statements received from RSDUs/Schools and their submission within the stipulated deadline for monthly closing of the books of accounts.
  • Conduct visits to Schools and RSDUs to review compliance and assist/orient the school-based finance personnel on Financial Policies & Procedures, i.e., Fee Collection Policy, Financial Assistance SOPs, etc.
  • Coordinate and share Daily Collection Report (DCR) and Weekly Fee Outstanding Report compared with target outstanding.
  • Review and verify Financial Assistance cases on periodically basis and track & implement recommendations in liaison with SWB, RSDU, premier/model school and FDAs. Coordinate and share Fee Challan listing with concerned banks for timely monthly uploading. Assist in preparing monthly variance/transfer reports and B2B Reconciliation for all bank collections.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Immediate supervisor

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate must have a master’s in commerce/MBA (Finance)/BBA (Finance), CA (part-qualified), ACCA (Finalist), or ICMA (part-qualified)
  •  Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
