Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process cheques, payments, and financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems
  • Manage donor records, including issuance of receipts and acknowledgment letters
  • Maintain supplier/vendor records and track payment due dates
  • Coordinate with departments for approvals and financial documentation
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and audit requirements
  • Record and manage applicable tax deductions as per regulations
  • Support day-to-day finance operations and reporting activities
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, BBA, ACCA – part qualified preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
