Job Summary

  • Manage daily financial operations, including payments, receipts, and bank transactions

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents

  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payroll-related transactions

  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation

  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost control

  • Support procurement and contract-related financial activities

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • At least 5 papers from F1 to F9 of ACCA should be passed or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
