Manage daily financial operations, including payments, receipts, and bank transactions
Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents
Process invoices, expense claims, and payroll-related transactions
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
Support procurement and contract-related financial activities
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
An Australian Accounting firm.
