Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain general ledger records.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in QuickBooks and other database systems.
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking processes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and support audit requirements when needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitor and improve financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
- ACCA qualified/part-qualified or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
