Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain general ledger records.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in QuickBooks and other database systems.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking processes.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and support audit requirements when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Monitor and improve financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
  • ACCA qualified/part-qualified or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
