Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate financial records (cashbook, ledgers, vouchers)

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance
  • Process payments, invoices, and reimbursements
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
  • Assist in internal and external audits

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records (stock levels, movements, balances)

  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
  • Track inventory usage and identify discrepancies or losses
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items
  • Prepare inventory reports for management

Procurement & Coordination

  • Support procurement processes in line with policies

  • Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to financial and inventory control procedures

  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions
  • Generate periodic reports for management decision-making
  • Record all the business transactions in excel sheet
  • Maintain record of business inventory

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate
  • Must be good at MS EXCEL
  • Must have his own bike and smartphone
  • Age 25 to 45

Location: Saddar Karachi

Timing: 12 to 9 pm
