Collect, verify, and record accurate data using paper forms or digital devices.
Visit assigned locations according to the survey schedule.
Explain the purpose of the survey and obtain participants' consent when required.
Ensure all collected information is complete, accurate, and confidential.
Submit completed survey forms and reports within established deadlines.
Identify and report any issues encountered during fieldwork.
Maintain effective communication with supervisors and project teams.
Follow project guidelines, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
Travel to different locations as required to conduct surveys.

Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate
Previous experience in field surveys, data collection, research, or community engagement is preferred.
Familiarity with mobile data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
