Job Summary

Job Summary: The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overall field related activities including supportive supervision, data collection and presenting. Regular field visits to project sites and health facilities. Regular interaction with facility based and community-level health care providers to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure timelines of workplan activities and deliverables. Capturing success stories and best practices from field and sharing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular monitoring visits to extend technical assistance and supportive supervision and data collection.
  • Collect (Sex, age, and disaggregated data) of all activities.
  • Share the project detail with health facility staff and members of health committees.
  • Compile and submit daily and weekly reports of activities performed.
  • Maintain database of the activities
  • Ensure entries and reporting of monitoring data regularly.
  • Sharing monthly action points identified during SSV visits, with the District Coordinator for onward sharing with relevant department head.
  • Regular visits and data collection from HCP on deliverables.
  • Extend support to District Coordinator in District activities planning.
  • Support outreach team regularly
  • Identify training needs of HCPs and assist in identification of training participants.
  • Regular follow up with referral clients for breast & cervical cancer, mental health etc.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Required Skills

Education, Experience & Competencies

  • LHV Diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience as health care provider in reputed organization
  • Computer literate (capable of at least using MS Office)
  • Strong inter and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within the district and speak local dialects
  • Candidates having basic knowledge of maternal and child health will be preferred
