Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Female Social Media & Online Sales Assistant to manage social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries, promote products online, and support sales growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage daily activities on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Create and post engaging content, product images, and promotional updates.
Respond promptly to customer messages, inquiries, and comments.
Handle online orders and follow up with customers regarding purchases.
Promote products and achieve online sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update order details.
Monitor social media engagement and provide regular sales updates.
Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum qualification: Matriculation.
Previous experience in online sales or social media management is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Good convincing and sales skills.
Ability to work responsibly and meet sales targets
