Role Overview

  • The Sentiments Express Officer plays a vital role in representing the brand at the customer’s doorstep and in the market. This position combines delivery excellence, customer relationship management, business development, and operational coordination to ensure seamless experiences for both corporate and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.Customer & Delivery Management

  • Deliver Sentiments Express orders (flowers, cakes, gifts, hampers) to retail and corporate customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle special event deliveries (e.g., weddings, birthdays, corporate events) ensuring accurate, on-time, and quality execution.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights to enhance service quality.

2. Planning & Route Management

  • Manage daily route plans for efficient delivery coverage and resource optimization.
  • Support the planning and execution of special campaigns or high-volume event deliveries (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day).

3. Business Development & Corporate Support

  • Assist the Corporate Sales team in visiting and servicing existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned routes and share leads for retail or corporate gifting.
  • Help promote seasonal and campaign offers to existing and potential customers.

4. Vendor & Market Liaison

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order pickups, stock replenishment, and packaging materials.
  • Ensure vendors maintain product quality and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners.
