We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Female Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate will be alert, physically fit, and capable of responding swiftly to emergencies while ensuring professional conduct at all times.
Role and Responsibilities:
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
Conduct security checks and patrols regularly within assigned premises.
Operate security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarms.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activity.
Escort female staff and visitors when required, ensuring privacy and dignity.
Maintain daily logs and incident reports accurately.
Assist in emergency situations, including evacuation procedures.
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum bachelors degree
Previous experience in a security role is preferred.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
