Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally

  • Maintain filing systems and manage documentation efficiently

  • Assist in personal and office-related tasks as needed

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for important tasks and deadlines

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum BA/B/SC
  • 2 or 3 years of experience as a personal assistant
  • Microsoft officer prowess ( a must requirement)
  • Age Must be (35-40)
