Role and Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Maintain filing systems and manage documentation efficiently
Assist in personal and office-related tasks as needed
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for important tasks and deadlines
