Join our team and play a key role in defining the future of fine diamond and gold jewelry! We’re seeking a Female Merchandiser with strong knowledge of jewelry trends, consumer insights, and luxury branding to craft exquisite collections that captivate high-end clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Jewelry Collection Strategy – Develop and manage product assortments that align with our brand vision, balancing timeless elegance with modern trends.

• Trend & Consumer Research – Conduct market analysis to identify emerging jewelry styles, consumer preferences, and industry innovations to keep our collections ahead of the curve.

• Style Forecasting & Innovation – Stay updated with fashion movements, runway trends, and cultural influences to predict upcoming jewelry trends and incorporate them into product planning.

• Product Planning & Assortment Strategy – Develop a well-structured product mix by analyzing sales trends, pricing strategies, and seasonal demands to optimize collections.

• Luxury Retail & Brand Positioning – Understand the expectations of high-end clientele, ensuring product selections and presentations align with a premium shopping experience.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

•  A female candidate with a background in Jewelry merchandising
•  Experience in high-end jewelry or luxury fashion retail
•  Passion for design, styling, and trend research
• Strong knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, and gemstone quality
• Excellent analytical skills to track sales performance and optimize collections
•  Ability to work with marketing and sales teams to align collections with brand campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English language (Written & verbal)
• Willingness to travel whenever required by the Company.

Working days: 6 days a week
