This role will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, supporting HR functions, and leading training and organizational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, HR best practices, and employee development, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proven experience in human resources and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
