Job Summary

We are looking for a FEMALE Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for the below:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Welcome guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Assist in HR related work like preparing and maintaining attendance sheets, salary sheet, overtime data etc.
  • Assist in Office Administrative work.
