We are looking for a FEMALE Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for the below:
Role and Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Welcome guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Assist in HR related work like preparing and maintaining attendance sheets, salary sheet, overtime data etc.
Assist in Office Administrative work.

Can work on Ms Office i.e. Word, Excel
