Job Description:
Seeking a female front desk officer to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will greet customers warmly, manage inquiries, and provide information about store services and promotions. She will also assist in administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide information about products, promotions, and store services.
  • Maintain records, visitor logs, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area remain clean and presentable.
  • Assist in handling complaints or directing customers to the appropriate staff.
  • Support administrative tasks when required.

  • Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to handle customers politely.
  • Preferred candidates should reside near or within Clifton, Karachi.
