Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients at home.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports when required.
• Educate patients and family members about health management and care plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and family members regarding patient progress.

 

 

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• 3 years of Nursing experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license/certification.
• Previous experience in home healthcare, hospital, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle patient needs professionally.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and trustworthy.
• Basic knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare procedures.
