Fashion Designer - Western Wear @ Esire

Job Summary

We're hiring a Fashion Designer who Design new launches across our western wear and leather garment ranges (jackets, outerwear, denim, shirts) for US, UK, and EU markets. You'll take each product from idea to approved sample, working closely with the Pattern Master and sample team.

Responsibilities

• Research trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback for new product ideas.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.
• Prepare tech packs with measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
• Select leather, fabrics, linings, and trims within quality and cost targets.
• Brief the Pattern Master, review samples for fit and finish, and give correction notes.
• Keep records of all designs and approved samples, and coordinate launch timelines.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of western wear or leather garment design experience.
• Leather jacket or outerwear experience is a strong plus.
• Strong hand and digital sketching (Illustrator / Photoshop).
• Good knowledge of garment construction, materials, and fit.
