The Facilities Officer will be responsible for the regular inspection and proper maintenance of all AKES,P facilities within the region. He/she will manage all repair and construction projects for AKES,P and be responsible for the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs and multi-year facilities repair plans for all facilities of AKES, P.Required Skills
The preferred candidate should hold a diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) as the minimum educational requirement and possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with higher academic qualifications and extensive professional experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
