The facilities officer will be responsible for the maintenance of school buildings, resources, premises, etc. Will also be responsible for the safety and security of the school premises and people. Responsibilities include resolving electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues, ensuring the cleanliness of the internal and external premises of the school and maintaining a smooth supply of resources, including electricity and water. The role involves daily inspections, adherence to safety SOPs, and supervising maintenance equipment and operations. Maintenance updates will be reported to the supervisor.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE – Civil or Electrical), minimum 3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
