We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Export Sales Executive to manage and expand international sales of Pakistani commodities, with a primary focus on rice exports. The role involves developing overseas customer relationships, handling export sales operations, coordinating shipments, and identifying new market opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers and trading partners.
Promote and sell Pakistani rice and other commodities in global markets.
Handle export inquiries, quotations, contracts, and negotiations.
Coordinate with shipping lines, documentation teams, and suppliers for smooth execution of export orders.
Monitor international commodity market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Follow up on payments, shipment schedules, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in commodity exports, preferably rice exports from Pakistan.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of export documentation, LC procedures, and international trade terms.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
