Management of the Senior Management Day-to-day administrative operations.
Help Senior Management manage output, workflow, and office deadlines.
Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible.
Should be proficient with email writing and letters drafting.
Draft, type, and dispatch all the Senior Management correspondence.
Liaise with relevant individuals, external organisations, etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
Schedule Senior Management meetings in different venues.
Able to deal with Finance Department with all payments and cheques related matters.
Note meeting minutes.
Co-ordinate travelling of company wide employees in conjunction with in-house travel policy, prepare official expenses sheets, etc.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Perform general duties like filing, mailing and faxing, etc.
Monitor Senior Management Office room cleanness, office stationery, etc.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
Coordinate with community institutes for business or community services.
