Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Senior Management Day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Help Senior Management manage output, workflow, and office deadlines.
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible.
  • Should be proficient with email writing and letters drafting.
  • Draft, type, and dispatch all the Senior Management correspondence.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organisations, etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
  • Schedule Senior Management meetings in different venues.
  • Able to deal with Finance Department with all payments and cheques related matters.
  • Note meeting minutes.
  • Co-ordinate travelling of company wide employees in conjunction with in-house travel policy, prepare official expenses sheets, etc.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Perform general duties like filing, mailing and faxing, etc.
  • Monitor Senior Management Office room cleanness, office stationery, etc.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
  • Coordinate with community institutes for business or community services.
