Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The PA will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling communications, and ensuring smooth coordination of the CEO’s professional activities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organise meetings.
  • Coordinate national and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and engagements.
  • Monitor deadlines, prepare reminders, and support CEO in task prioritisation.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, loyalty, and reliability.
