Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced ESL instructor to join our team at EHub Institute, Peshawar!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective ESL lessons tailored to students’ levels and learning needs.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and conversational English.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and adapt instructional materials and activities to enhance learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including group work, activities, and multimedia tools.
• Track student attendance, performance, and class participation.
• Support students in building confidence and achieving their language goals.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Excellent communication and language skills
