Job Summary

Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan is seeking application for the Position of English Teacher-Secondary/Local Higher Secondary Level for Upper Chitral and Lower Chitral.

• As well as teaching grammar and writing skills, an English Teacher also encourages pupils to read and analyze literature, improving their critical thinking skills.
• You will play a key role in engaging pupils and helping them reach their potential through your own passion for the subject

 

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with 45% and above marks.
• S/he should also have effective communication and strong interpersonal skills; and have good command of MS Office.

An applicant can apply for maximum of two positions. Each applied for position will require a separate application form and original bank deposit slip of processing fee.

Improperly filled application forms and those without the deposit slip and copies of relevant documents will be considered incomplete and will not be entertained

• Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in the relevant content.
• There will be a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer in CBT.
• After CBT only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and classroom demo. The final selection will be based on the cumulative score of CBT, interview, and classroom demo.
• Shortlisted candidates must bring their original CNIC, passport, or driving license to sit for the CBT.
• Final recruitment will be subject to the availability of positions in each category.
• The candidate should upload the complete application form, along with the deposit slip and relevant degrees/mark sheets with CNIC and Coved-19 vaccination Certificate.
