The English Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging English language and literature lessons, improving students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, and creating a positive learning environment that supports academic growth.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver English lessons according to the curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Maintain student attendance and academic records.
• Provide guidance and support to students for academic improvement.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
• Manage classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach grammar, writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills effectively.
• Good classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of lesson planning, assessments, and curriculum implementation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
