Job Description:
The English Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging English lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The role includes creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The teacher will also encourage creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with curriculum standards.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies and activities.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to support student learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Organize language-based activities such as debates, reading sessions, and writing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or diploma (preferred).
• Strong command of English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
