Job Summary

We are looking for a fluent English Speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective verbal and written communication in English, assisting with customer inquiries, providing support to clients, and representing the company professionally. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a confident command of English.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate fluently in English with customers, clients, or students (depending on industry).

  • Handle phone calls, emails, or live chats as required.

  • Translate or interpret conversations if needed.

  • Provide accurate information and support in English.

  • Assist in documentation, presentations, or meetings in English.

  • Maintain professional conduct and represent the company’s values.

 

Required Skills

Skills and  Qualification:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.).

  • Prior experience in customer service, education, or communication roles is a plus.

  • Confidence and clarity in speech.

  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related field.

  • International exposure or experience in English-speaking environments (optional but preferred).
