Job Summary

One of the FMCG Industry located in Karachi is currently accepting applications for the position of Engineer Hr-Admin.

Job Role:

• Development of Site standards related to HR processes in the Employee Service area.
• Development of automated budget sheets and trackers (macro enabled) for all site HR budgets.
• Design and development of transport application as well as tracker to automate the process instead of daily manual intervention.
• Development of ER standards and manuals for the site and development of contractor processes and standards.
• Tenure/Duration of the post: 6 months

Required Skills

• Recent Engineering Graduate from GIKI or NUST or any reputable university.
• Knowledge of excel, macros, coding and writing proposals/processes.
