Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- performing the repairing, preventive maintenance, validation, and calibration of Hi-tech Electronics, building automation, and security systems
- providing support and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical, administrators, FMD, IT departments, Design, procurement, and other stakeholders, to understand and meet the biomedical-Electronics needs
- periodically supervising and checking the quality of work and effectiveness of other team members
- accountable for maintaining key performance targets, safety standards, and performance assurance to pursue requirements of accrediting bodies in the assigned areas
- establishing and maintaining communication links to ensure vertical and lateral effective communication
- managing and maintaining appropriate stock and inventory of critical equipment and spares
- responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and commissioning of Nurse call system, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA & Access Control System as per requirement
- repairing, installing, maintaining, calibrating, and inspecting complex Electronics equipment, and keeping records of data and documents as per assigned work orders
- doing technical Inspection of Electronics Equipment / Spares / Consumables as per the maintenance procedure and department standard to ensure they meet the requirement
- performing preventive maintenance of the equipment, devices, and systems keeping records of data and documentation, and monitoring the completion of preventive maintenance activities performed by outside vendors
- reviewing the outcome of preventive maintenance action and making recommendations to department staff concerning improvements
- conducting periodic inspections of areas
- timely evaluating and providing feedback to the Team leader about spare parts availability
- informing personnel regarding procedures and/or status of work orders to provide necessary information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and/or complying with health and safety regulations
- responding to emergencies during or after working hours to resolve immediate safety/security concerns
- attending workshops, training, and seminars to convey and/or gather information required to perform job functions
- other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management concerning the concerned Department
Required Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the following disciplines from an accredited University: Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science
- extensive knowledge of Maintenance of IOT enable ELV systems,
- maintenance and rectifying the issues related to advanced level of IOT-enabled centralized software
- maintenance, repairing, and rectifying the issues of the HVAC control system of the building
- maintenance of Hardware and software of the HVAC control system
- maintenance of Hardware and software of fire safety and security system:
- CCTV, fire alarms, lockdown, access control, Emergency announcement system
- maintenance of hardware and software of the Nurse call system, and maintenance of Hardware and software of HIGH KVA modular UPS.
- detailed Knowledge and experience of Operations and Maintenance of ELV system components
- able to Interpret designs/diagrams
- ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
