Role and Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and test electromechanical equipment and automated systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Diagnose equipment faults using testing and diagnostic tools.
Repair or replace defective components such as motors, sensors, relays, actuators, drives, and control systems.
Support calibration and setup of automation equipment and instrumentation.
Assist engineers in modifying or upgrading machinery and control systems.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and company procedures.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records.
Support commissioning and startup activities for new equipment.
